The challenge
Our client had previously been working with another digital marketing agency for over 2 years. They were investing thousands per month, but had no idea how many leads were being generated and what percentage of their total bookings came from Google Ads. They also felt that with one campaign, they were not maximising the demand for travel vaccine bookings in Central London.
This pharmacy was further along the digitisation journey compared to other pharmacies, but also recognised they were miles off the industry leading travel clinics. They wanted to catch up and catch up fast. We decided to overall their current Google Ads strategy was the way to go.


The solution
The first we did was create a Google Tag Manager account, set up tracking on phone call clicks and booked appointments. Providing us 100% accuracy on results. We switched over from ineffective smart campaigns. These campaigns are great for an initial presence, but with their broad and limited targeting, scaling them out is impossible.
We learnt about the clients propriety vaccines and the margins involved and set up highly targeted search campaigns. The client has a large and competitive budget to work with (£3000 per month). We carefully structured the campaigns to prioritise high-margin vaccines, ensuring the best return on ad spend. By continuously optimising bids and ad copy, we maximised visibility and conversions, driving consistent growth month after month.
